- AI Provider — Powers the Slotty booking assistant and business insights. Only the current conversation context is sent for processing. No client data is stored by the AI provider or used for training.
- Resend — Email delivery for confirmations and reminders.
- Vercel — Website hosting and infrastructure.
- Turso — Database hosting.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- With third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate the Service
- With business owners when you book an appointment through their booking page (they receive your name, contact info, and appointment details)
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of SlotWise, our users, or the public
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Business owners can delete their accounts by contacting us. Clients can request deletion of their booking data by contacting the business or by emailing us directly.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cookie handling (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite), and hashed passwords. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
