SlotWise provides online appointment booking and business management tools for service-based businesses. The Service includes booking pages, scheduling tools, automated reminders, an AI booking assistant, analytics, and related features.
3. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Business Accounts
If you create a business account, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for all content, data, and activity associated with your business account, including appointments booked by your clients through the Service.
6. Payments and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. AI Features
The Service includes AI-powered features such as the booking assistant and business insights. These features use third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should verify any AI-generated information before relying on it for business decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by SlotWise. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
